Stayed for 5 nights in this great place, loved that. The hotel was in a quiet and amazing location near to a waterfall and a hill. It was in a busy area, nearby a bus stop. The staff was amiable, the room was comfy with shower, tissues, the terrace.
Ordered breakfast, it was such poor, it should be better, really.

The hotel had a beautiful, traditional atmosphere, with a stunning inner courtyard and high, decorated walls. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, with one member named Mr Hosni who went above and beyond to help guests.- The location of the hotel was excellent, being centrally located in the bustling souks and within walking distance to the main square.
The hotel had some maintenance issues, with unpredictable plumbing and adventurous wiring. The rooms were a bit dusty and could have been cleaner.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hidden gem in Morocco. This hotel perfectly captures the essence of the country, complete with a beautiful indoor garden that will take your breath away. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, even reaching out before our arrival to offer assistance with transportation. The location, though on a bustling street, provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with much-needed air conditioning. Plus, the breakfast options were a delightful start to the day.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The breakfast and the rooftop terrace were okay. The location was close to the main attractions in the area and easy to find. However, the rooms were too small and unclean, the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable. Not worth the price paid for the stay.

We loved the hotel's beautiful indoor garden, it was like walking into paradise. The room we booked had a large double bed and two single beds, perfect for our family. There was a roof terrace where we could relax and enjoy the night views of the city. The staff was friendly and provided helpful services like airport pick up and drop off.
Nothing not too like.

The location of this riad was great, as it was near the center of the medina and within walking distance to the main square. the rooftop area provided a unique experience, allowing guests to sleep under the stars and enjoy the beautiful view.
Some guests mentioned that there were strange occurrences with the staff lurking around another area of the roof, which could be a bit unsettling.

The hotel was a great value for money, offering affordable prices while still providing a good level of service. The attention to detail was impressive, especially in the basic amenities provided in the rooms on level 1. The location of the hotel in a slightly busy area, away from the main square, was ideal for those looking to experience the authentic Moroccan life.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, with no major areas for improvement.
